In times of ongoing social and ecological crises, deeper questions arise: What is our place in this world? How can we live in connection—with other people, with nature, and with ourselves? And what responsibility do we want to take?
A vision emerges when we take an honest look—at needs, relationships, and developmental tasks. That takes courage and brings clarity. This is how change becomes possible—change that truly lasts.
I support people through life transitions and times of reorientation through counseling, Gestalt psychotherapy, and vision quest programs in nature.

My practice is located within a holistic center for integrative therapy in the heart of Hamburg’s city center. Orthologicum is situated at ABC-Straße 38, very close to Gänsemarkt. Online appointments via video call are also available.
