I support people through periods of change and transition. Challenges offer an opportunity for personal growth and development. My aim is to help create lasting and meaningful change.

I work from a Gestalt therapy perspective: process-oriented, grounded in the here and now, and based on a genuine dialogue between equals.

The focus is on what is present and noticeable in the moment—thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, impulses, or recurring relationship patterns. Working with what is alive in the present often leads to greater clarity than intellectual analysis alone.

Process

Depending on your needs, the work can be brief and focused — for example around a decision, finding direction, or resolving a conflict — or it can unfold as a longer-term therapeutic process.
Transparency is essential. Goals, pace, and progress are reviewed together on a regular basis to ensure that the work remains aligned with your needs and intentions.

A session typically lasts 60 minutes. During the first appointment, we clarify your concerns and discuss the expected duration and structure of the process—whether it’s just a few sessions or longer-term support. After a free introductory conversation, you can decide whether working together feels right for you and what form of support best fits your needs.

Fees

An individual session (60 minutes) costs €150.
Reduced rates are available for longer-term support through the packages outlined below. Reduced-fee places can also be arranged on an individual basis where needed.

Depending on your policy, private health insurance may cover some or all of the costs. Statutory health insurance generally does not cover treatment by a Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy unless you have supplementary insurance that includes this benefit.
Please check with your insurance provider to determine whether reimbursement is available and to what extent.

Note on public health insurance
In exceptional cases, reimbursement may be possible if — despite multiple requests — no timely therapy place is available with a licensed (statutory) psychotherapist. The decision lies with the respective health insurance fund and must be applied for before treatment begins.

About Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy was developed by Laura and Fritz Perls, who emigrated from Germany to the United States in the 1930s and further developed their approach there.

The term “Gestalt” does not refer to actively shaping or creating something. Rather, it describes the human being as a whole — an integrated unity understood through their present-moment experience.

Gestalt therapy is grounded in a humanistic view of human nature, placing self-awareness, personal responsibility, and authentic encounter in the here and now at the center of the therapeutic process.

A central principle of Gestalt therapy is: “What is, may be — and what is allowed to be, can change.”
