Dear Darkness

New Year’s winter retreat: five days in the Waldviertel to pause as one year ends and a new one begins. New Year’s winter retreat: five days in the Waldviertel to pause as one year ends and a new one begins. Instead of avoiding the cold and the short days, we step into them – on threshold walks through the wintry forest, in silence, with Authentic Movement and the Work That Reconnects.

Little light, long darkness.
Moving in the living forest, inviting emptiness.
Relating to the whole again.

A yearcycle ends. We pause, empty
and make space for the new.

our practice:
Our work inspires mainly from *Authentic Movement*, intuitive walks in nature (treshold Walks) and the *Work that Reconnects* – guided by mindfulness and creative practices. We will spend plenty of time outside in all weather conditions – and also inside in the cozy studio.

language:
The Seminar will be held according to the needs of the group in German, English or both.
If you feel insecurities dont hesitate to ask in advance!

Venue:
We invite you to the Apfelweberhof, the home of artist Uta Stromberger. It is a charming farm in the Waldviertel region — a place where Uta welcomes people who wish to live consciously, and at the same time, a place of spiritual energy situated on the European watershed.
